My custom domain isn't working

• Did you pay? On Custom domain, the card should say Paid. If it says Not paid yet, press Pay $2 to switch it on.
• Are the DNS records right? Compare your registrar's settings with the records on the page. Copy them exactly, and remove old A or CNAME records for the same names.
• Did you wait? DNS changes can take up to 24 hours.
• Expired? If the card says Expired, visitors go to your universe address. Press Renew for $2.

Some domains can't be connected, like ProfileSuite's own universe domains. Still stuck after a day? Open a ticket with your domain name.
