Refunds and charges

We don't refund partial periods or unused time, except where the law requires it. Cancel your renewal any time and you keep what you paid for until it ends.

Charged by mistake, or charged twice? Open a ticket under Billing and PayPal with the date, amount and the email on your PayPal receipt, and we'll look into it.
